Introduction to Qigong

Join this beginner-friendly movement class focused on purging, toning, and cultivating Qi. Through gentle, accessible movements and breathwork, we’ll open and circulate energy to support balance, vitality, and emotional release. The session concludes with a short guided meditation to integrate the practice and settle the newly balanced Qi.

What to expect

  • Gentle, guided movements suitable for all fitness levels (standing and seated options provided)

  • Breath techniques and mindful intention to help purge stagnant energy

  • Tonifying exercises to strengthen and stabilize Qi in key organ systems

  • Circulation practices to move Qi through meridians and the dan tian

  • A brief, grounding meditation at the end to integrate the session

    Practical details

    • Must be 18 or older to attend

    • Wear comfortable, loose clothing and flat shoes or go barefoot
