What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a gentle, time-tested system of movement, breath, and focused intention designed to cultivate and balance your life energy (qi). It blends simple physical postures, slow flowing movements, breath regulation, and mindful awareness to support physical health, emotional calm, and clearer energy flow.
