Join a gentle, movement-focused Qigong class centered on circulating and feeling your Qi. This session emphasizes fluid, mindful practice to restore balance, increase energy flow, and deepen body awareness.
What you’ll do
Warm-up breath and gentle stretching to tune in and ground.
Cloud Hands: flowing, lateral movements to open the chest, harmonize left/right energy, and encourage smooth circulation.
Sage Holding the Moon: a slow, centered posture to cultivate internal light, refine intention, and gather Qi into the center.
Sequenced moving meditations that link breath with motion to amplify sensation and energetic circulation.
Short closing practice to settle the Qi and integrate the experience.
Come move, feel, and circulate your Qi in a welcoming, supportive space.
