Qigong Class: Cultivating the Elements Free Class
Join us for a gentle, powerful Qigong class focused on cultivating the Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — to balance your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll explore the meaning and energetic qualities of each Element and use movement, breath, and intention to move Qi and restore harmony.
What to expect
Opening grounding practice to arrive in the body and connect with the breath.
Short introduction to each Element: its qualities, emotions it supports, and how it shows up in the body.
Guided movement sequences and meditative exercises tailored to each Element.
Adaptive flow: I’ll read the group’s energy and shift between more instructional guidance or a softer, more meditative practice as needed.
Closing integration to seal and circulate the Qi we’ve cultivated.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing for gentle movement.
A mat or cushion for seated/lying practices.
Water and an open mind.
Intention for the session Let’s move some Qi: cultivate presence, clear stagnant energy, and invite more ease, vitality, and clarity into your life. I’ll be listening to the group’s rhythm and offering what’s needed—whether that’s precise instruction for alignment or a quieter, meditative flow.
