Join us for Introductory Qigong Class Date & Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (60 minutes)

Begin your day with gentle movement, breath, and presence. This 60-minute Introductory Qigong class is designed for complete beginners and anyone wanting a mindful, restorative practice. You’ll learn simple, accessible postures and breathing techniques to:

  • Cultivate and balance your energy (qi)

  • Reduce stress and increase relaxation

  • Improve posture, joint mobility, and circulation

  • Build a foundation for an ongoing qigong practice

What to expect

  • Guided warm-up and breathing exercises

  • Step-by-step instruction of a short qigong sequence

  • Modifications for different fitness levels and physical limitations

  • A calming guided closing to integrate the session

Bring: comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat or firm cushion if you prefer to sit.
