Qigong Class: Five Elements
Join us for a 45-minute Qigong session focused on the cultivating, purging, balancing and strengthening Qi. This class is designed to balance your energy and promote healing through gentle movements and breathwork. We will conclude with a short meditation to help you connect deeply with your practice and find inner calm.
Please bring a mat to ensure comfort during practice.
