Join us for a 45-minute Qigong class centered on the Five Elements, designed to balance and harmonize your energy. The movements are gentle and flowing, perfect for all levels. Please bring a mat for your comfort during the practice. After the movement section, we will conclude with a 15-minute meditation, so feel free to bring any item—such as a cushion or blanket—that will help you stay comfortable and relaxed during this calming part of the session.
